What do you need?

2 tbsp olive oil
1 bag of black tiger scampi
Pepper and salt
1 large sweet onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 g diced tomatoes
150 ml dry vermouth
1 good tablespoon balsamic cream
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sambal
1 tsp oregano

Bread for dipping

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sambal
1 tsp oregano

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop the onion and let it color slightly in a pan with olive oil.

Grate in the garlic, let it color a bit more together with the curry powder.

Deglaze with the vermouth, add sambal, cayenne, balsamic, and the diced tomatoes.

Let simmer for 5 minutes with a pinch of salt.

Season the scampi with pepper and salt.

Heat the oil in a pan and brown them nicely on both sides.

Place them on the sauce, finish with the oregano, and dig in!
