Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 4P

400 g turkey minced meat (or chicken or mixed)
1 clove of garlic
1 spring onion finely chopped
100 g brie in pieces
2 tbsp handful of cranberries coarsely chopped
2 tbsp chives finely chopped
Pepper and salt
1 rectangular piece of puff pastry

Egg wash:
1 egg
1 tbsp milk

400 g turkey minced meat (or chicken or mixed)

1 rectangular piece of puff pastry

1 egg
1 tbsp milk

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients well together.

Cut the dough into 2 strips, or 4 rectangles.

Make 2 or 4 sausages from your minced meat and place each in the center of your piece of dough.

Make sure the sausage reaches just to the edge of the dough.

Beat the yolk and milk together and brush one side of the dough.

Roll up so you get a nice roll.

Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush them with egg wash.

Bake for 25 minutes at 185°C until they are nicely golden brown.

Let them cool and cut them into bite-sized pieces with a bread knife.
