400 g turkey minced meat (or chicken or mixed)
1 clove of garlic
1 spring onion finely chopped
100 g brie in pieces
2 tbsp handful of cranberries coarsely chopped
2 tbsp chives finely chopped
Pepper and salt
1 rectangular piece of puff pastry

Egg wash:
1 egg
1 tbsp milk

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Prepare the filling
Mix the turkey mince with finely chopped garlic, spring onion, pieces of brie, cranberries, chives, salt, and pepper until you have a well-combined meat mixture.

Prepare the puff pastry
Cut the puff pastry into 2 wide strips or 4 rectangles, depending on how large you want your sausage rolls to be.

Shape the sausages
Form 2 or 4 small sausages with the meat mixture (depending on your pastry cuts) and place them in the center of each pastry strip.

Apply the egg wash
Beat the egg with the milk and brush one side of each pastry strip with the mixture — this will become the top of your roll.

Roll and seal
Tightly roll the pastry around the meat sausage to create a neat roll. Make sure the seam is well sealed.

Finishing
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops again with the egg mixture for extra shine and color.

Bake
Bake the sausage rolls in a preheated oven at 185 °C (365 °F) for about 25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.

Cool and slice
Allow the sausage rolls to cool slightly so the filling firms up, then cut them into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
