Ingredients

What do you need?

9 gray soft sandwiches
9 chicken chipolatas

10 black olives

Cucumber slices:
1 washed cucumber
1 tbsp cider vinegar

Dressing:
4 tbsp mascarpone
2 tsp honey
2 tsp mustard

A little bit of honey to stick

Preparation method

Cook the sausages in a lump of butter until done.

Slice the cucumber and mix with the vinegar.

Dressing: Mix the ingredients together. Put some in a small piping bag. We will use this to pipe the teeth.

Slice the olives. These will be the monster eyes. 😃

Cut the sandwiches open.

Spread a layer of dressing on top.

Layer with cucumber slices in a staggered manner.

Place the sausage on top.

Add more.
