100 g corn kernels
2 tbsp corn oil
Fine salt mill
Dry herbs of your choice

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Take a large pot with a lid that fits.

Heat the oil in it and stir in the corn kernels.

As soon as one starts popping, put the lid on and keep shaking it over the heat until you no longer hear popping.

Remove the pot from the heat and sprinkle some salt over it.

Serve immediately.

Be sure to mix in some extra herbs to switch it up.

E.g. smoked paprika powder, curry powder, za’atar, furikake… anything you like!

Then you have a kids version and a pimped one for you.
