Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity: 4p

300 g dark chocolate, min 70% cocoa
2 tbsp peanut butter
80 g shortbread cookies
150 g marshmallows
1 tsp flaky salt
100 g unblanched almonds
50 g melted butter

300 g dark chocolate, min 70% cocoa
2 tbsp peanut butter
80 g shortbread cookies
150 g marshmallows
1 tsp flaky salt
100 g unblanched almonds
50 g melted butter

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie: use a saucepan with gently boiling water and place a bowl on top, in which the chocolate can melt gently. Or in the microwave in a glass bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, as chocolate burns quickly.

Stir in the peanut butter and melted butter. Cut the marshmallows smaller and crumble the biscuits. Mix them in with the nuts and spread as evenly and rectangularly as possible on a tray lined with baking paper. Evenly sprinkle the salt over it.

Let it set for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator and then cut into bars. Place in a box, cover, and store in the refrigerator.
