Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 1 pie

Base:
130 g soft butter
Pinch of salt
100 g self-raising flour
125 g almond flour
100 g coconut blossom sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 vanilla pod
3 eggs

Filling:
600 g rhubarb
3 tbsp pudding powder
2 packets of vanilla sugar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Mix sugar, vanilla seeds, and butter in a bowl.

Add salt, flour, eggs, and almond flour and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Line a large pie pan with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly into it.

Cut the rhubarb into pieces.

Mix the pudding powder and vanilla sugar together, mix with the rhubarb, and arrange it in the pie.

Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes until the pie is golden brown.

Let the pie cool for a moment and serve!!
