8 redfish fillets
1 bag of mixed salad
1 yellow, orange, and red bell pepper
Pepper and salt
Olive oil
A knob of butter and a splash of peanut oil for frying

Fresh herb-garlic oil:
Juice of 1 lemon
150 ml olive oil
Pepper and salt
2 cloves of garlic sliced thin
1 tbsp capers
1 sweet-sour pickle diced finely
1 handful of finely chopped herbs to taste (parsley, dill, chives, basil...)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Wash and spin the salad.

Remove the seeds and cut the bell peppers into thin strips. Mix with olive oil, season with pepper and salt.

Gently heat the olive oil with the garlic and let it color slightly, pour into a sauce bowl, add the rest of the ingredients: the lemon juice, capers, pickle, and herbs.

In the same pan, fry the fish fillets in butter and oil, seasoning with pepper and salt, for 2 minutes on each side.

Place the salad on the plate, arrange the fish and the slices of colored bell pepper on top, and drizzle with the herb oil.

Tips

This spicy oil can also be perfectly on the salad with chicken.
