What do you need?

Quantity: 8 ice pops

300 ml unfiltered and unsweetened apple juice
250 g raspberries
250 g raw red beet
250 g strawberries
1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar, honey or agave, slow sugars, let the kids choose themselves.

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Remove the stems from the strawberries.

Put the apple juice, raw red beet, raspberries, strawberries, and the choice of unrefined sugar in the blender and blend everything until smooth. Strain the mixture so that there are no seeds from the fruit left.

Pour everything into the ice pop molds and let them freeze overnight. Enjoy delicious healthy ice pops.

If you have some left over, pour it into a glass with an ice cube, wonderfully refreshing!
