What do you need?
Quantity: 1 jar

300 g raspberries (washed, drained)
juice of 1 orange
2 to 3 tbsp white chia seeds
1 tsp honey

juice of 1 orange
2 to 3 tbsp white chia seeds
1 tsp honey

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the raspberries for about 3 minutes, let cool a bit.

Stir in the honey and chia seeds and let swell for 10 minutes.

Ready.

If too thick, add orange juice.

If too runny, add some more chia seeds.

Tips

Frozen raspberries also work great! Is possible with all types of seasonal or frozen fruit.
