550 g self-raising whole wheat flour (or add 15 g baking powder)
2 handfuls of walnuts, roughly chopped
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp olive oil
75 ml maple syrup
100 g goji berries soaked in warm water, then drained and placed on kitchen paper
95 ml warm water with 1 packet of dry yeast
pinch of sea salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC. Put the flour, seeds, nuts, and salt in a bowl and mix. Add the goji berries, maple syrup, olive oil, and yeast-water and knead for 5 minutes. Dust the work surface with flour and divide the dough into 12 pieces, shape them into balls, and let them rest for 30 minutes. Bake for 18 minutes at 180ยฐC. Let cool.
