Peel the pumpkin, cut it in half and slice it very thinly. Then cut those slices into fine strips, place them on a large plate, season with pepper and salt. Mix the arugula with the pumpkin, crumble the feta over it and also distribute the onion and vinegar underneath. Mix well again and finish with the raisins.
