1 daikon
1 tsp salt
4 cm ginger
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 large plastic zipper bag

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the daikon and cut it into thick sticks of about 1 cm, place in the bag.

Peel the ginger, slice it finely and then cut it into fine julienne.

Add everything together in the bag with the salt and vinegar, zip it closed and shake well so everything is nicely mixed.

Let it rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, take it out, and it's ready to eat.
