1 tbsp sambal
1 tsp paprika powder
100 ml ketjap manis

Preparation method

How do you make this?

An Eastern sauce that was originally intended as a sauce for satay. Peanut sauce is very tasty with barbecue meat, a nice alternative to the more traditional sauces.

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and place it on the heat. Stir well until the lumps of peanut butter are nicely dissolved. Then lower the heat and let it simmer while stirring. The peanut sauce should become smooth and thick.

Tips

You can keep the peanut sauce in the fridge for a few days.
