Ingredients

What do you need?

500 g pasta – trafilata al bronzo
1 large broccoli with stem
3 cloves of garlic
1 handful of basil
1 handful of dill
1 handful of chives
1 handful of flat-leaf parsley
150 g fresh goat cheese
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of one lemon
Spring onion
Parmesan
Cherry tomatoes

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Boil enough water with a pinch of salt.

Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.

Slice the garlic and cut the broccoli into small florets.

Add the broccoli and garlic during the last 5 minutes of the pasta cooking time, let everything cook until done.

Turn off the heat and remove the broccoli and garlic from the water with a slotted spoon.

Blend together in a blender with herbs, lemon, oil, cheese, pepper, and salt.

Drain the pasta and mix in the 'green sauce', finishing with the garnish.

Tips

You can also replace the broccoli with kale or spinach.
