This is a classic recipe for the Mexican Paloma cocktail based on tequila and grapefruit. Delicious, accessible, and very refreshing!
4 cl tequila
Juice of 0.5 pink grapefruit
150 ml tonic agrum
Garnish
1 lemon
1 lime
1 pink grapefruit
1 sprig of rosemary
Ice cube trays
Large wine glass
4 cl tequila
Juice of 0.5 pink grapefruit
150 ml tonic agrum
Garnish
1 lemon
1 lime
1 pink grapefruit
1 sprig of rosemary
Ice cube trays
Large wine glass
First, make your ice cubes the day before.
Slice the lime, lemon, and half of the grapefruit into wedges, place them in your molds, fill with water, and let freeze for at least 8 hours in the freezer.
Put the ice cubes, tequila, and grapefruit juice in a glass. Insert a straw, top with tonic agrum, and finish with a sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately.
You can make a Virgin Paloma by replacing the tequila with 2 cl of sugar syrup and 2 clay juice, the rest of the ingredients and garnish remain the same. Tequila is a Mexican alcoholic drink that is distilled from the juice of the agave plant.
