Enjoy these pan-fried Padrón peppers, ready in 15 minutes with crunchy cashews and fleur de sel.
500 g fresh or frozen Padrón peppers

70 g crunchy cashews
1 teaspoon premium fleur de sel

Carefully clean the Padrón peppers under running water.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the peppers, shaking regularly for even cooking. After about five minutes, the peppers will start to blister and shrivel, indicating they are ready.
Serve the perfectly cooked peppers on a large plate. Sprinkle with crunchy cashews and finish with a touch of fleur de sel for extra flavor.
