What do you need?
Quantity: per glass

1 oyster
1 drop of tabasco
1 shot of vodka
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sliced green onion
0.5 tsp Mirin
zest of a lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Open the oysters, detach them, remove them from the shell, and place them on a plate. Make sure there are no shell pieces included.

Fill a shot glass with tabasco, vodka, soy sauce, and Mirin.

Place 1 oyster on top.

Finish with finely chopped green onion and lemon zest.

Tips

Serve like Tequila: lick a little salt on the hand, bite lemon and pour back shot. BAM!
