60 g Finnish organic oats
175 ml unsweetened milk of choice (e.g., almond or oat drink)
1 tsp date syrup
1 tsp pumpkin spice (spice mix)
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tbsp pure peanut butter (for topping)
1 tsp coarsely chopped peanuts
0.5 banana, sliced
1 tbsp melted dark chocolate (minimum 79% cocoa)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preparation (the night before): Place the oats, milk, date syrup, pumpkin spice, and peanut butter in a sturdy glass or jar. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed. Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.

Morning: Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Take the oats out of the refrigerator, place the banana slices on top of the oats, and pour the melted chocolate over it.

Finishing: Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top. If desired, put the glass back in the refrigerator for another 5 minutes to let the chocolate firm up a bit for a 'crack' effect when you dive in.

Scoop through the layers and enjoy the delicious combination of flavors and textures.

Tips

Replace options: Do you not have a dates syrup? Use a little honey or maple syrup for a subtle sweet taste. Extra fiber: Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to the mixture for extra fibers and a thicker texture. Variation: Replace the Pumpkin Spice with cinnamon or a touch of vanilla extract for a different taste experience.
