Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity: 100ml of 4 glasses

3 organic juicing oranges
1 tablespoon stevia
sparkling water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Wash 1 orange and grate the peel. Squeeze the oranges.

Put the orange juice, grated orange peel, and orange pulp in a pot and reduce by half.

Add the stevia and stir well.

Push the mixture through a sieve with a ladle.

Pour 25 ml of syrup into a glass and add sparkling water.

Store for a maximum of 4 days in a bottle in the refrigerator.
