250g rigatoni pasta
150g fresh goat cheese
125g baby spinach
2 cloves garlic
4 spring onions
100g Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1 vegetable stock cube
800ml water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Take a cooking pot and add the water and bouillon cube. Chop the spring onions finely and grate the garlic over it, then add. Then add the pasta and goat cheese and stir everything together well.

Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat slightly, let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly, then stir in the spinach and cheese, mixing everything well. If you see that the water evaporates too quickly, put a lid on it.

Serve immediately!
