200 g glass noodles
4 cloves garlic
1 large onion
200 g minced pork
Salt and pepper
4 spring onions
200 g white cabbage
1 large carrot
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
100 ml soy sauce

Preparation method

Soak or cook the noodles as indicated on the package, rinse well.

Peel the carrot and cut it into fine julienne. Finely chop the white cabbage and spring onion.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes in the oil, add the minced meat, breaking it up until everything is fine. Add the carrot and cabbage along with all the sauces, and let everything cook for about 4 minutes while stirring.

Fold in the noodles, mix well, and finish with spring onion.

Serve with some hot sauce if you like it spicy.
