Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 6 waffles

For 6 waffles, depending on the size of your waffle maker:
185g gluten-free oats
150g plant-based yogurt
100ml plant-based milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp agave
Pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 tsp bicarbonate
1 tsp baking powder
Peanut oil for greasing

For 6 waffles, depending on the size of your waffle maker:

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Add all the ingredients to a tall measuring cup and mix for 3-4 minutes with an immersion blender or in a blender until everything is well combined.

Preheat your waffle maker (to just below maximum) and wait for the green light to grease the plates.

Pour the batter into the waffle maker and bake for about 4 minutes, until the waffles are golden brown.

Repeat this process with the remaining batter.

Serve the waffles warm or cold and add your favorite toppings such as: raspberry chia jam, healthy chocolate spread
