4 medjool dates (soaked)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pecans
2 tbsp unsalted peanuts
1 pinch of salt
100 g oatmeal

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Chop the dates into a smooth mass.

Mix in the larger nuts.

Combine with the rest of the ingredients and knead everything together.

Knead into small piles, roll them into balls, and then flatten them into cookies.

Store in the refrigerator.

Then there is always a healthy snack ready 😉
