What do you need?
Quantity: 1P

Fancy ice cube molds
Water
Sprigs of rosemary or fresh cranberries

For the spritz
8 ml cranberry-chipotle mix
100 ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine
long twist of orange peel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preparing ice cubes: Fill an ice cube tray with water.

Add a sprig of rosemary or a few cranberries in each compartment.

Let it set in the freezer overnight.

Mocktail: Fill a glass generously with the festive ice cubes.

Add 8 ml of cranberry-chipotle mix.

Top up with non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Make a curly zest for the glass and let some of it fall into the drink.

Serve immediately and enjoy your festive spritz.

Tips

  • For an extra festive touch, you can dip the rim of the glass in sugar. 
  • Try making the mocktail in a large pitcher as well, perfect for parties. 
  • You can also make it with sparkling apple juice or another sparkling lemonade.
