Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity: 6P

1 bottle of cava
6 ripe nectarines
100 ml vermouth: rosé, white or red
0.5 bunch of basil
1 extra nectarine

Preparation method

Cut the ripe nectarines into pieces and freeze them one night.

Cutter the frozen nectarine pieces in the kitchen robot with Vermouth. First the mixture becomes powdery. You have to keep cut and scrape until you get a smooth sorbet.

Divide the balls sorbet with an ice cream scoop over cooled glasses.

Add the basil leaves and pieces of fresh nectarine, pour the cava over it.

Tips

  • Nice and fresh and summery, tastes great as a cocktail but can also be done as a dessert or digestif!
