10 soft Medjool dates
2 tbsp almond butter
2-3 tbsp matcha powder
1 pinch of salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Chop dates and butter and salt in the food processor until it comes together in a paste.

Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to firm up. Roll balls from the paste and roll them in the matcha powder. Store in a cool place afterwards.

Tips

You can replace the almond paste with any other nut paste for the variation!
