Preparation method

How do you make this?

Crush 1 in 4 sliced lime on the bottom of a wide high glass, with 1 clock of cane sugar and the leaves of 5 sprigs of mint. Add 6 cl amber rum, a few mint leaves and flakes. Enter the glass with cava or champagne. Finish with 2 lime slices and serve.
