Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity: 2P

1 cup oatmeal
2 cups water
200 g shiitake mushrooms
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 0.5 tablespoon miso shiro, plus 6 tablespoons water
2 free-range eggs
pepper and salt
sriracha hot sauce
1 teaspoon furikake

1 cup oatmeal
2 cups water
200 g shiitake mushrooms
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 0.5 tablespoon miso shiro, plus 6 tablespoons water
2 free-range eggs
pepper and salt
sriracha hot sauce
1 teaspoon furikake

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the oatmeal and water in a saucepan, heat together while stirring until it reaches a boil. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the shiitakes, fry them nicely and crispy in peanut oil. Deglaze with the soy sauce.

Mix the miso with the water until smooth.

Fry two fried eggs in some oil and season with pepper and salt.

Add the miso mixture to the oatmeal and stir well together.

Divide into two deep plates. Place the fried eggs and shiitakes on top. Finish with hot sauce and furikake.

Tips

Here we like to drink black tea with sugar and milk, yes my dear! I sometimes omit the fried mushrooms, simply because I don't have them in the house, or a little less time. Furikake is a mix of wasabi, sesame seeds and norivels. For sale online or in the shop.
