Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

With the help of a protruding ring or a small glass of circles of 4.5 cm diameter from the dough. Place a little sauce in the middle and arrange a piece of chipolata on it. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown in the oven.

Mix the olive oil with a little grated lemon zest, the pressed garlic clove, the chopped rosemary, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the pizzas and serve.
