125 g soft butter
1 large shallot
1 0.5 tsp fleur de sel
1 0.5 tsp black pepper
0.5 bunch curly parsley
zest and juice of 1 lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the butter in a bowl.

Chop the shallot and parsley finely and add, season with pepper and salt, add the zest and squeeze the lemon over it, mix everything well together, taste and add more pepper and salt if necessary.

Put in a dish and place on the table.

You can roll the rest into sausages and wrap in baking paper.

Keeps for 1 week in the fridge or you can also freeze it.
