480 g tomato ketchup
60 ml apple cider vinegar
250 g brown sugar
120 g mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp onion powder
4 cloves grated garlic
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp black pepper from the mill
40 ml Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in a tall pot and let simmer gently for 20 minutes to reduce.

Taste and season if you want more salt, sweetness, or spiciness.

Strain into a jar, let cool, screw on the lid, and store in the refrigerator.

Keeps for about 3 weeks in the refrigerator. You can bring it back to a boil if you want to keep it longer.
