100 ml lemon juice
150 ml limoncello
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp sugar
Zest of 1 lime
250 g mascarpone at room temperature
8 ladyfingers
100 g fine sugar
100 g egg whites

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Dip the ladyfingers in the lemon and limoncello mixture and distribute them in the glasses.

Distribute the rest of the lemon mixture into the glasses.

Beat the egg yolks with the lemon zest and add the sugar.

Beat until thick foam forms.

Whip the mascarpone and fold it into the egg mixture, distribute into the glasses.

Whip the egg whites with the sugar very stiff for about 8 minutes.

Spread it over the glasses with flair and torch them with a Bunsen burner.

Serve.
