Divide the kombucha evenly between two sterile bottles.
Add the apple pieces and basil sprigs to each bottle.
Seal the bottles and store them in a dark, not too cold place for the second fermentation.
After 2-3 days, check the development of CO2 by carefully opening the bottle. Depending on the sugar content of the fruit, you should already feel a slight fizz.
After this period, store the kombucha in the refrigerator.
Serve the kombucha cooled, on ice, with a garnish of fresh apple and basil for the ultimate taste experience.
