100 g gluten-free oats
160 g almond flour
3 eggs
100 g soft butter or coconut oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Beat the butter, salt, baking powder, vanilla seeds, and agave together.

Peel the kiwis and cut them into thin slices, set aside about 6 slices for the top and cut the rest into strips and then cubes.

Add 1 egg, then the chia seeds and mix this.

Add the second egg along with the oats and mix again.

Add the last egg together with the almond flour.

Mix everything well.

Finally, add the sliced kiwi.

Place baking paper in your cake tin and pour the mixture in, placing 6 slices of kiwi on top.

Bake for 1h20 at 160°C in the oven.

Let cool before cutting into thick slices. 😉

Tips

You know when it is done when you push the dough firmly feels firm, if it remains a well, it should be in the oven longer.
