Refreshing iced tea to drink every day or even at a party, of course sweetened
1 l water
5 cm ginger
1 bag of green tea (or loose tea in a tea egg or tea clip)
1 tablespoon of honey
ice cubes
1 lime sliced
1 l water
5 cm ginger
1 bag of green tea (or loose tea in a tea egg or tea clip)
1 tablespoon of honey
ice cubes
1 lime sliced
Bring the water to a boil.
Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices.
Put the ginger, tea bag, and honey in a (tea) pot and pour the boiling water over it.
Let it steep for 1 hour.
Strain the infusion.
Put ice cubes in a glass, pour in the tea.
Finish off with extra ginger and the lime slices.
Don't have the tea infused anymore, otherwise it will be bitter.
