Cut the apples into slices about a centimeter thick and remove the cores with an apple corer. Pat each slice dry; otherwise, the dough won't stick well. Heat your deep fryer to 180°C.
Stir the beer into the dough and gently mix in a few apple slices. Take a skewer and pierce the slices through the core hole, and carefully place them in the frying fat. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Place them on baking paper and dust with powdered sugar. Continue frying the rest.
The beer in the dough is not harmful if you serve it to children: the alcohol evaporates but makes the dough extra airy.
Tips
You can also do this for example. Prepare with banana or pineapple, always make sure you dry the fruit so that the dough sticks to it. You can bake Beignet dough in both Ossevet and frying oil.
