This iced latte is refreshing in the summer, hot and full of flavor in the winter. If you are breastfeeding, it's better to be cautious with caffeinated drinks, but a small amount is not harmful to the baby.
Make a cup of strong coffee.
Add the honey to the warm coffee. Let the coffee cool down.
Mix the sugar with the ground coffee to make coffee sugar. Put the coffee sugar on a small plate.
Put a bit of honey on your finger and rub it around the rim of the glass. Dip the glass into the coffee sugar to create a sugared rim.
Pour the coffee into a shaker and add the milk. Shake well until you get foam.
Place 8 coffee beans in the glass.
Add the ice cubes and the coffee mixture.
Grate a piece of a cinnamon stick over the foam.
Tips
This coffee is also delicious in the winter. Make it with warm milk and without ice cubes. Pregnant women avoid the best cinnamon. The most important component of cinnamon, coumarin, would be harmful to unborn babies. You can sprinkle cocoa powder over the foam instead of cinnamon.
