Zest of lime

400 ml ice-cold water
2 tsp matcha
Ice cubes

sprigs of mint

Making your own nut milk is really super easy and gives an extra creamy result. With matcha added, it's a perfect pick-me-up.
160 gr. cashews
Zest of lime
2 cm ginger
400 ml ice-cold water
2 tsp matcha
Ice cubes
lime juice
sprigs of mint

Soak the cashews for 10 min in hot water.
Drain them and put them in the blender.
Grate the zest of the lime over it.
Grate the peeled ginger in.
Pour in the ice-cold water.
Blend until creamy
Add the matcha and blend again afterwards.
Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour the latte over it.
Also delicious with some cinnamon. You can store the milk for 3 days in a fridge, shake before use.
