2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers

Preparation method
How do you make this?
Bring water to a boil, add the flowers and sugar, and remove the pot from the heat. Stir briefly and let cool.
Strain the syrup into a bottle and store in the refrigerator (more than 1 month shelf life).
