2 tablespoons of oatmeal
A handful of macadamia nuts
125 ml of yogurt

Slice the lemon into rounds.
Evenly distribute the honey over the lemon slices and let it soak for a while.
Sprinkle the oatmeal over the lemon slices.
Serve the whole with the macadamia nuts and a scoop of yogurt.
Save time in the morning by having the lemon slices marinate in advance in honey. These lemon slices marinated in honey stay good for up to a week and are also delicious with a lamb or sheep leg from the oven.
