2 large ripe avocados
Juice and zest of 1 lime
1 thick clove of garlic
1 bunch of coriander, washed and dried
Black pepper and salt from the grinder
3 tbsp soft extra virgin olive oil

How do you make this?

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, scoop them out and put them with all the other ingredients in a cutter, including the stems of the coriander, super tasty and edible!

Cutter until you get a nice texture, if you like a bit of 'bite', cut it shorter, if you prefer it completely smooth, just longer!

Put in a bowl, finish with some extra pepper, virgin olive oil, and coriander leaves, and serve with your favorite nachos or raw vegetables!
