1 l unfiltered apple juice
1 handful of washed spinach

1 l unfiltered apple juice
1 handful of washed spinach

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Blend for 2 minutes until all pieces are gone and the mixture is bright green.

Pour back into the bottle or into a drink bottle for school.
