1 ripe avocado
200 ml unsweetened coconut water (or water)
1 large handful of basil
1 large handful of flat-leaf parsley
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 spring onions
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp tarragon leaves
1 tsp ginger
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp sushi vinegar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a creamy smooth dressing, season if necessary, and you're done!

Store in a bottle with a lid in the refrigerator.

Tips

If you want to make a dip, add less water.
