Cut off the crusts all around, making sure the crusts still hang nicely together, place on a board and roll flat evenly, press down with your hand and simultaneously stick a skewer through it to form a lollipop.
Beat the eggs with the milk, pour into a deep plate. Also pour the sugar into a separate plate. Dip the skewer with the crusts into the egg mixture and then into the sugar, can also be done with a brush or spoon over it.
Heat a non-stick pan with some coconut oil and fry on both sides until nicely caramelized, be careful it's hot! So let it cool down a bit and then dig in!
