Quantity: 20 pieces

1 egg
200g fine almond flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp thyme, finely chopped

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all ingredients together into a dough.

Roll out the mixture between 2 sheets of baking paper.

Cut out cookies in the desired shape, using a cookie cutter or by hand.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 170°C.

Let cool and serve with your favorite dip.
