Put the chia seeds, ginger, turmeric, chili powder, agave syrup, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix everything until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the water in a bottle or carafe with a stopper that you can shake well from time to time.
You can also blend everything in a blender.
Drink this throughout the day.
Refilling is allowed 😉
Tips
In the winter I like to add a ginseng cure (eg of Physalis). 1 capsule in the morning with my first glass flared water. The extra boost in the dark days is pleased with me!
