Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity: 1 glass

1 thick bunch of tarragon (save some for decoration)
150 ml sugar syrup (for this, briefly boil 75 ml water and 75 g sugar)
juice of 1 large lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Bring water to a boil.

Pick the tarragon leaves.

Let them boil for 30 seconds in the boiling water.

Drain and place the tarragon in ice water or hold under cold water for 2 minutes.

Squeeze out all the moisture from the leaves.

Mix with (cold) syrup in a blender or blend with an immersion blender.

Stir in the lemon juice.

Store in a bottle with a stopper in the refrigerator (keeps for 2 weeks).

Tips

Dragon's syrup is also very tasty and refreshing with spray water!
