What do you need?

1 ripe pineapple
0.5 bunch of mint
3 tbsp agave
Juice of 2 limes
240 ml herbalist Gin

Decoration:
Pineapple slice
Mint leaf

Salt for the rim

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Place 4 glasses in the freezer.

Cut off the green part of the pineapple and slice off a nice piece for decoration, set aside.

Peel the rest of the pineapple, remove the core, cut into pieces, and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Then put the frozen pineapple cubes, mint, agave, lime juice, and gin in a blender.

Blend until everything is smooth.

Dip the glasses in the pineapple, then in the salt.

Pour the cocktail into the glasses, garnish with pineapple and mint.

Serve immediately with a fun straw.

Tips

Also delicious with mango and tarragon for example.
