What do you need?
Quantity: 1 loaf

500 g gluten-free flour + extra for dusting 20 g flaxseed (blonde or brown)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
1 packet of dry yeast
375 ml plant-based milk 3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vinegar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and sprinkle the sugar over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Beat the eggs and mix them into the milk along with the oil and vinegar.

Put the flour, flaxseed, and salt in a bowl, add the milk and eggs, and knead for 5 minutes until a homogeneous mass forms.

It is normal for the dough to be sticky.

Turn it out onto a floured work surface, sprinkle with extra flour, and knead it into a ball.

Place in a greased pan lined with baking paper and let it rise for 1 hour until it has doubled in volume.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Let the bread cool before slicing it. I know... very difficult!!
