200 g fettuccini cooked al dente
+ 2 to 3 ladles of warm cooking water
1 knob of butter
150 g fresh grated Parmesan cheese
200 g spinach
200 ml cream
200 g chicken thigh meat cut into small cubes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

+ 2 to 3 ladles of warm cooking water
1 knob of butter
150 g fresh grated Parmesan cheese
200 g spinach
200 ml cream
200 g chicken thigh meat cut into small cubes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the chicken cubes with the dry herbs and oil in a bowl, heat the pan and brown the cubes well all around, remove them and set aside.

Melt a knob of butter in the same pan and add 100 g Parmesan, cream, and 1 ladle of cooking water and stir vigorously until the sauce has reduced a bit and looks creamy.

Add the meat, spinach, and pasta, stir everything together, adding more cooking water if it gets too dry.

Finish off with the rest of the grated Parmesan.

Tips

  • If you want it completely vegetarian, you can also mix baked zucchini or fried mushrooms.
